KOATS FOR KIDS DRIVE
The FCW, Inc. bi-annual “Koats for Kids” drive which started in 2022 is an effort to ensure children have adequate clothing to wear during the critical and cold moths of fall and winter. Through her own observations as a social worker, Faith Webber witnessed numerous children who did not have sufficient clothing such as coats, scarfs, sweaters etc. to wear during the winter months. Through her compassion, she would often use her own money to assist needy students. Wait begin as a discussion among some family members has mushroomed into an event that enabled 90 coats being purchased from local merchants.
